Remembering TransPersons

This page was created, unfortunately, to remember those transgendered individuals, who’s lives were lost because of who they were. They should never be forgotten for the wonderful people they are and the impact that their lives had on others, regardless of who they were, where they were in their transition or what they did.

If you know of someone to be added, contact me directly at syrlinus@syrlinus.com.

Rita Hester, 1998 (stabbed to death in Boston, MA)

Ruby Molina, 2008 (found in Sacramento River — being investigated)

Duanna Johnson, 2008 (murdered on November 9th, 2008 after starting a lawsuit against Memphis Police for discrimination)

Latiesha Green, 2008 (murdered for living as a woman)

Nahkia Williams, 2008 (murdered and left in dumpster)

Sanesha Stewart, 2008 (murdered and then defamed in media release)

Ebony Whitaker, 2008 (murdered for being transsexual?)

Thank you for coming back and visiting. Leave me a comment or a little "hi" note. :)
